Arvest has no control over how merchants assign MCCs to classify their business; if retailers do not process transactions using MCCs applicable to this bonus offer, you will not earn bonus points on those purchases. Purchases made through third parties and not directly with a merchant whose MCC code is listed above may not be eligible for the bonus offer. Arvest reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for bonus points. Purchases made by any card on the Card Account are eligible for this offer. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, convenience check transactions, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards or purchases of other cash equivalents.
