Karla Almeida-Arias

Karla Almeida-Arias is a Community Development Mortgage Lender with Arvest Bank. Karla has worked in the financial industry since 2013, and with her wealth of experience, she is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for her clients, no matter how complex. She takes pride in providing world-class service to her clients, guiding them every step of the way to ensure a smooth transaction and helping them secure their dream home. Karla specializes in loan programs that assist first-time homebuyers, including down payment assistance, move-up buyers, as well as investment and vacation properties.

Karla enjoys helping the community by volunteering for ESL and citizenship classes, as well as financial literacy classes in both English and Spanish.

Outside of the bank, Karla enjoys time with friends & family, hiking and working out. Her favorite recent activity was completing the steps at Manitou Springs in Colorado, consisting of 2,768 steps to the top!
