Rick is a proud father of 3 beautiful children and a husband to Julie whom he has been happily married to for over 17 years. They are avid travelers and dog lovers. The children are very active in sports which by proxy makes them all very active in sports. Rick has been his son’s basketball coach for over 11 seasons and he enjoys watching the children compete and grow. It is his passion and joy to help people achieve their goals.

Rick finds many blessings in being a native Kansas Citian, growing up near where he has raised his family and feels very fortunate to have his extended families so close who all serve in the community through their family foundation. The family foundation focuses on raising money and awareness for early childhood education, children’s health and wellbeing programs and animal charities.
