Kelli Winn

Kelli joined the Arvest Springdale team in October of 1996. She consistently ranks as one of the top mortgage lenders among all Arvest Mortgage Lenders. Kelli receives great satisfaction in exceeding her clients’ expectations and creating clients for life.

A lifetime resident of Springdale, Kelli has formed lasting relationships while developing an understanding of the needs of the community. She is a past president of the Springdale Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, demonstrating her heart for helping families find homes. She is also a past President of the Northwest Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association.

Kelli is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. She earned a BSBA in Finance and specialized her degree in the areas of Real Estate and Investments. She and her husband Will reside in Springdale with their three children.
