Kayla’s goal with each customer is to provide excellent customer service, to allow for a smooth and painless home financing experience, to meet needs and exceed expectations.
Kayla has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University, and she takes an active and participatory role in serving the Neosho community through organizations like EPIC (Engaging Professionals, Inspiring Change) and by fulfilling various roles: a board member of the Neosho YMCA, the co-chair of Healthy Joplin, a YPN Executive Committee Member, a Newton McDonald Counties Association of REALTORS Community Outreach Member.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She and her family attend Hope City Church. Kayla is an avid reader (both for professional growth and for fun), and she enjoys trying new restaurants, going on walks with her family, and all things fitness (working out, listening to health-related podcasts, cooking)!
