Jim has a proven track record of working with customers to position themselves in the best product available and walking them through the “team” concept that streamlines the closing process. This is accomplished by creating transparent communication with everyone involved in the transaction.
Jim received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, where he was a four year letterman on the Varsity Tennis Team. Jim achieved All-American status by reaching the Quarterfinal of the NCAA Division I Championships. Just recently, Jim and his doubles partner won a National Pickleball tournament in Indian Wells California. Jim and his wife Shawn, and their two boys, Jacob and Michael, reside in Overland Park, KS. Jim’s passion outside of work is spending time on the beach with his wife, playing pickleball, and golfing with his boys
